Norman
We stayed at this luxurious hotel and were impressed by its enhanced comfort and quality services. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the ferry port and the airport, yet away from the busy city center. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a well-stocked mini-bar, a cozy sitting area, and a ceiling fan for those warm days. The room also had a spacious dressing area and an in-room safe for our valuables. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, and the in-room desk provided a comfortable workspace. The staff was exceptional, always ready to assist us and make us feel welcome. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and the room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it a great option for travelers with early or late flights. Although it is well outside of the city center, public transportation options are nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities such as a mini bar and hair dryer. The staff is well-trained and friendly, and the breakfast is a good value.
The location isn't ideal for those who want to explore the city center on foot.

Spent xmas at this hotel and the staff were friendly & helpful. They spoke English well and provided fluffy towels in the rooms. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. , the Turkish bath was something else and added to the overall experience. Being close to the airport and having cheap taxis was also a bonus.
Some areas of the hotel were dated and could use a face-lift. The breakfast buffet didn't look fresh, so didn't have much of an appetite.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location is convenient as it's close to the airport and the ferry port to Listvyanka. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the reception who even helped me with the English menu at the restaurant. Moreover, the breakfast served was delicious.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel I stayed in was a great choice for my business trip. The room was spacious and well-furnished with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and a mini bar. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the airport and easy to get around. The best part was the excellent restaurant, which served some of the best food I've had in Russia.
While the hotel was overall great, there were a few downsides. The biggest one was that it was a bit far from the city center, which made it harder to explore the city in my free time.
